The Role-Sales Development Representative Team Leader

The key function of this role is to manage and build a small team who will be targeting the AU market, based on the Philippines

You will understand the key elements of successful outbound campaigns and be verse in the latest technologies that make up the digital sales team of today

You will be a strong manager that can lead by example. Working within a professional team within a dynamic, fast paced, high growth industry the sky's the limit for your career path in sales management. 

 Requirements

  • Working closely with the SDR team to provide them with training and support
  • Holding weekly 1:1s with your team of SDRs
  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the team
  • Heavily involved in recruiting as the company scales up their sales development organization
  • Monitoring key metrics to analyze and improve the efficiency of SDR processes
  • Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by engaging with prospects by phone, email, social media and through online events
  • Identifying key decision makers
  • Encouraging creativity and strategic thinking when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events) to generate leads on well-identified target markets
  • Identifying the key decision makers
  • Managing data in their CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and kept up-to-date
  • Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth

 Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Experienced sales / Operations manager across multiple Geo’s
  • 5-8 years relevant work experience in B2B sales management / operations
  • Experienced in Salesforce/ Pardot/ Sales Navigator/ High Velocity Sales
  • Proficient in all presentation and conferencing tools and programmes
