About Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Engagement to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring efficient operations, and driving business growth through customer retention and revenue enhancement.

 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Manage relationships with clients to support customer retention and revenue growth targets.
  • Work with Finance, Project Managers, and Team Leads to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Promote teamwork and long-term engagement among team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, providing feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client engagement, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Experience using Enterprise Marketing tools such as Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud,  Braze, SAS or Adobe Campaign is a PLUS.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving customer retention and revenue growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and efficiency optimization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
  • Experience in fostering teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
