Role Overview
We are hiring a dedicated Senior Account Manager to drive brand acquisitions and strengthen our agency partnerships. This role will play a pivotal part in growing our Retail Media business by securing new advertisers, enhancing client engagement through strategic insights, and refining our solution offerings based on industry feedback.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new brand advertisers, collaborating closely with advertising agency partners to expand account growth.
  • Lead the sales process from initial campaign briefing to post-campaign reporting, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, recurring engagement with brands and agencies, providing data-driven consulting to optimize their Retail Media strategies.
  • Collect meaningful insights, feedback, and requirements from clients to support the development and enhancement of our Retail Media solution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Personality:  Confident, professional, and well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Soft Skills:  Excellent communication and presentation skills, data-driven analytical thinking, and storytelling abilities.
  • Hard Skills:  Proficient in digital advertising and marketing platforms and experienced in leveraging AI tools for productivity.
  • Experience:  A minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising sales, performance marketing, brand management, key account management, or a similar field with a strong understanding of the advertising industry.
  • Network:  Existing relationships with FMCG brands and advertising agencies are highly desirable.
  • Language & Communication:  Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) for effective communication with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Passion:  A clear career path in advertising with a strong interest in and enthusiasm for digital marketing and media sales.
