Position Overview:

 As a Database Developer/BA… you are an analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills and passionate about delivering the best in class marcoms for our clients. We are looking for motivated professionals interested in cloud technologies. Successful candidates should have an enthusiastic and confident personality with a focus on customer needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Dissecting how client's businesses operate and understanding their marketing processes to provide the best solution. 
• Advise & improve on business processes to support and empower internal teams to provide excellent service to stakeholders/clients.
• Interact with clients and subject matter experts to meet business requirements
• Understanding of customer data and provide business consultation based on data element
• Responsible for incident management and maintaining a high service level for client service and satisfaction by meeting the needs and requests of clients in a  timely manner.
• Design, develop, maintain data models,APIs and ETL solutions that meet requirement specifications 
• Execute unit tests, support system integration tests, deployment and post verification test
• Develop technical specifications and support manuals for data acquisition, transformation and load/transfer processes from a variety of data sources
• Support the implementation and application of in-house marketing automation solutions in the lifecycle of the change request.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related field 
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Database Developer or Software Engineer
• Demonstrated knowledge & understanding of SQL,Python,ETL, APIs, enterprise job scheduling tool and database systems
• Experienced of programming languages Javascript is MUST
• Experience with AWS Lambda or Google Cloud is a plus
• Strong demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking capability
• Willingness to take on responsibility and work in a challenging and high-pressure environment

Desirable Skills

• Experienced of backend programming languages eg: NodeJs,Java,Perl,Shell,PHP
• Understanding Marketing Automation platforms is a plus
• Good communication skills; spoken, written with client facing or consultative role
