Technical Solution Consultant Lead (Salesforce Core)

Role Overview

As the Technical Solution Consultant Lead, you will serve as the primary architectural authority for our Salesforce ecosystem. You will lead the transition of our CRM strategy to an internal-led model, ensuring our Salesforce Core platforms (Sales, Service, and Loyalty) are scalable, secure, and integrated seamlessly with our enterprise landscape. 

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture: Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Core, designing scalable integration patterns (API-led and event-driven) and making critical decisions on data modeling and security.
  • Development Oversight & Quality: Lead hands-on development for complex components using Apex and LWC, while enforcing best practices, bulkification, and high code quality standards.
  • System Integration & Performance: Architect robust integrations with external systems (ERP, POS, Data Platforms) and manage Large Data Volume (LDV) strategies to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Governance & CI/CD: Establish and manage DevOps processes, including versioning and automated deployment pipelines, while defining internal development standards and governance frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and provide technical mentorship and guidance to the development team.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: 7–10+ years of Salesforce experience; experience in Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Architecture: Proven track record in designing enterprise-level, scalable Salesforce solutions and security models.
  • Integrations: Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Delivery & DevOps: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git-based pipelines.
  • Certifications: Platform Developer II; Application/System Architect is highly preferred. 
  • Systems and business analysis skills, including delivery of high-quality technical specifications and process documentation.
  • Consulting skills, including stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A background in managing multiple key projects or consultative work with a good track record of delivering success for a client or agency's business.
  • Pragmatic problem solver with a keen attitude to deliver business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
