About the Role

This role works with clients to help transform their entire customer journey. As part of the team you will provide subject matter expertise and guidance to help  clients with:

• E-commerce strategies
• Commerce Platform management
• Product listing, pricing and inventory management
• Post purchase and customer care management.

Working closely with our technical teams you will drive business outcomes for our clients implementing commerce platforms. 

Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted advisor to our clients by possessing in-depth knowledge of business processes and ecommerce platforms & constraints
• Bring industry best practices and expertise on business operations using commerce platforms while working in partnership with the client in defining outcomes as well as to-be processes
• Work along with multiple teams (business and technical) to deliver outcomes for clients.  
• Self-start and engage with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. Think through problems and make actionable recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

• Relevant Bachelors degree or higher.
• 5+ experience in commerce business operations  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
• Expertise in presenting to stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and customer needs  
• Experience with a commerce platform.
