Sales Development Representative

The Role – SDR
The main role of the SDR is to set up appointments for the BDM to start the sales process. Leads will be MQL and a smaller element will be minded for outbound.
You will need deep experience in outbound sales and social selling. You are a doer, you understand good processes and will lead by example.  
Working with pre-built prospect lists - calling to make introductions, looking to set up discovery meetings. A master in CALLING.


Responsibilities

  • 60-80 calls a day
  • Set up appointments based prospects for the local BDM’s
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Follow Monthly KPI´s.
Requirement
  • Dialing will be Mandarin and English 
  • English 2nd language must be speaking 9/10
  • Experience in B2B sales 1-5 years min
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
  • B2B - IT Saas experience is required
Qualifications:
  • A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
  • Skilled in social selling
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Advanced LinkedIn skills - sales navigator
  • Standard Salesforce/ ZoomInfo skills
