About the Role

The Managing Consultant is responsible for managing key existing clients and supporting the sales process and data analytics initiatives to develop new clients and drive growth within existing accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of analytical marketing, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise marketing technology platforms. The Managing Consultant will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring that business needs are met through strategic consulting and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client stakeholder needs and facilitate negotiation and requirement collection among stakeholders.
  • Possess strong knowledge and understanding of business processes from a data-driven perspective.
  • Provide technical expertise for the design, modeling, and implementation of clients' data-related initiatives.
  • Drive analytical marketing strategies and contribute to acquiring and expanding client accounts.
  • Lead implementation projects and internal initiatives based on directives from clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales team in a hands-on capacity to provide expert knowledge on data analytics and the role of analytics in marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring that teams are properly resourced and deliver to agreed milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for data and marketing technology solutions.
  • Build strong, profitable, and growth-oriented relationships with new and existing clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other advanced technical degree preferred.
  • 7+ years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations within a fast-growing, globally operating tech company.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with a hands-on and full ownership mentality.
  • Expertise in presenting and analyzing data to create actionable insights and reports for stakeholders and clients.
  • Passion for big data projects and statistical model implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and consumer needs in data-driven marketing.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology platforms, such as
    • Unica, Adobe and others 
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDP) 
  • Data platforms such as
    • Snowflake
    • Databricks  
    • SQL Server
