Business Development Representative
We’re a fast-growing team of strategists, consultants, and technologists. Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us and help accelerate our growth.
Role Overview
As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your role is to generate interest, nurture leads, and set qualified meetings for our sales and consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by growth targets, enjoys outreach, and thrives on building business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Run multi-channel outreach campaigns to build a pipeline of opportunities
- Secure qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead data in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
- Report weekly on pipeline activities, conversion metrics, and learnings
- Productivity Benchmarks:
To give you a sense of cadence, our BDRs typically run 150-200 activities/day across email, calls, and LinkedIn. For example:
- Emails: ~40–80/day (semi-personalized)
- Calls: ~40–60/day, leading to 5–15 live conversations
- LinkedIn Outreach: ~50-100 messages/day
These are benchmarks, not hard limits - we’re open to your input on the best mix of activities to hit our primary KPI: qualified meetings booked and opportunities created.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or consulting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confident on the phone, with strong relationship-building skills
- Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Curious about CRM, cloud technology, and AI in business
