About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing Business Development team. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute lead generation and outbound prospecting activities across target enterprise accounts.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers and business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain prospect, customer, and pipeline data within CRM systems.
- Coordinate sales operations, administrative activities, and sales documentation.
- Support partner activities, including joint marketing campaigns, webinars, executive events, and other go-to-market initiatives.
- Execute lead follow-up activities and collaborate with Marketing on campaign-generated leads.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and account research to support business growth.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Consulting, and Partner teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, or a related role.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools is an advantage.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious and eager to learn about customers, industries, and emerging technologies.
- Resilient and positive when handling outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and rejection.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Interest in enterprise technology, CRM, AI, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation.
