About the Role
As Senior Technical Consultant you will be expected to lead the technical team in client projects and in Pre Sales. This role will be a key point of contact for our clients ensuring business objectives are met through technical capabilities. The role requires a deep and holistic understanding of data and cloud cloud platforms , marketing technologies and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client stakeholder needs and facilitate negotiation and requirement collection among stakeholders.
- Provide technical solutions to clients data and marketing technology objectives.
- Possess strong knowledge and understanding of business processes from a data-driven perspective.
- Provide technical expertise for the design, modeling, and implementation of clients' data-related initiatives.
- Drive analytical marketing strategies and contribute to acquiring and expanding client accounts.
- Lead technical streams for projects and internal initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team in a hands-on capacity to provide expert knowledge on data analytics and the role of analytics in marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for data and marketing technology solutions.
- Build strong, profitable, and growth-oriented relationships with new and existing clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- Appropriate degree in Computing or Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with a hands-on and full ownership mentality.
- Passion for big data projects
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients at all levels.
- Ability to lead a conversation and think on your feet.
- Skills and experience in data platforms such as
- Snowflake , Databricks , CDP’s
- Skills and experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
- Experience and knowledge in ETL, real time data processing, data modelling, data science and data governance.
- Skills and experience in marketing automation solutions such as:
- SAS, Salesforce, Adobe, Unica and Braze
