Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Salesforce Project Manager to lead successful Salesforce implementations, support and enhancements. This role manages the full project lifecycle, from project initiation to post-implementation support. This role is best suited to the Project Manager with short-medium term aspirations of Program Management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Maintain project profitability
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project scope, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage the project team.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Change management
• Maintain project documentation
• Stay current with Salesforce best practices. 

What you need to have
Essential Skills

• Proven Salesforce Project Management experience (3+ years)
• Bachelor's degree in a business, IT, or other related field.
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service/Marketing/Data Clouds).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of project financial concepts, including margin, cost of sales and opportunity cost.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
