As a Senior Campaign Developer, you are accountable for the Client outcomes in terms of their strategic agenda and the delivery and execution of our Campaign design, briefing, optimisation and experimentation. You will plan, devise and help our Clients understand the best ways to design, build, QA and deploy marketing campaign capabilities based on their needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring best practice campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per campaign brief.
- Influence and educate clients to make best practice decisions into campaign strategy and execution also consulting improvements that can be made to campaigns both new & existing.
- Taking ownership of all communications between analytics, data, channel and other technical teams to ensure all the building blocks of a campaign are put together accurately, and on time.
- Work together with senior consultants in a consultative and strategic approach to deliver strategic solutions from campaign designing, briefing, optimisation and experimentation.
- Prioritise multiple tasks and document business requirement specifications on campaign management tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain a holistic understanding of clients and therefore be able to effectively present dynamic solutions.
- Work with senior consultants and the greater team to analyse client data, current campaigns and insights to identify opportunities and areas for additional projects to add value.
- Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations.
- Understand creative fundamentals and be able to advise on creative techniques for campaigns
- Understand multi-channel marketing and recommend channel planning
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with end-to-end marketing campaigns in Marketing Automation platforms.
- Strong experience in handling stakeholder inquiries and providing solutions to stakeholder
- Experience operating in other Marketing automation platforms such as SAS (Statistical Analysis System) at least 2 years
- Strong Coding skills in SQL programming for database
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and performance reporting to optimize email marketing efforts.
- Strong background in database marketing, direct marketing and/or performance digital marketing
- Strong problem-solving, critical and creative thinking
- Desire to be a key part of a high-performance team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
