HR Specialist 

As a HR Specialist , you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of benefit and compensation as well as human resource management systems. This role is also involved in maintaining employee data and ensuring accuracy in employee information.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end visa processes for all expatriates across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely renewals or submissions.
  • Maintain accurate visa and work permit records and liaise with relevant authorities and legal representatives when needed.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage documentation and compliance for all expat-related HR processes.
  • Own the preparation and submission of the monthly salary movement file, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery for payroll processing.
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and data integrity of the HRIS platform, serving as a key contact point for updates, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure the HRIS system supports business needs, including learning records, tracking, and data insights.
  • Assist in audits, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee data and digital records.
  • Develop and maintain HR tracking sheets or dashboards (e.g., visa status, document submissions, training completion) using Google Sheets to support reporting and informed decision-making
  • Lead internal communication, such as Monthly Company Newsletter, and Company Announcements. 
  • Lead employee engagement activities to align with Company direction. 
  • Other ad-hoc project that related to recruitment or HR administration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of HR experience, with hands-on involvement in visa processing, employee documentation, and payroll-related tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, especially when managing sensitive employee data and multi-country visa or permit requirements.
  • Practical experience using HRIS platforms for data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking, reporting, and visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work across functions and coordinate with external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and eager to contribute to a growing, dynamic team.
